BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Upon submission of this form, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space at Table for Two. Payment details will be supplied upon receipt of your form. Confirmation by phone and/or email at least 3 days before the date booked and balance payment (in cash only) upon arrival. Thank you.
